Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved

Vendors must arrive on time for setup

Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, and displays unless stated otherwise

All vendors must conduct business professionally and respectfully

Filipino Town Las Vegas Cultural District reserves the right to approve or decline vendors to maintain quality and diversity

Vendor fees paid for this event are non-refundable and are treated as donations used to support the organization’s civic, cultural, and community programs including Marketing Operational expense. Payment constitutes

acknowledgment of these terms. These donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

While contributions to FTLV are not tax-deductible charitable donations, they may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense if tied to a legitimate business purpose (e.g., advertising, promotion, or community engagement). Please consult your tax advisor.
