The Vendor/Exhibitor named herein agrees to fully release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Event Host, the venue owner, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury — including death — that may be sustained by the Vendor/Exhibitor or their property while participating in the marketing event or while present on the premises where the event is held.

With the express intent that this Agreement shall be binding upon the Vendor/Exhibitor and their heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, it shall operate as a full release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above-named Releasees.

The Vendor/Exhibitor further agrees that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

By signing these Terms and Conditions, I, as the Vendor/Exhibitor, acknowledge that I have carefully read this Agreement, fully understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed. I affirm that no oral representations, statements, or inducements have been made other than those set forth in this written Agreement. I further acknowledge that I am executing this Agreement for full, adequate, and complete consideration, with the express intention of being legally bound by its terms.
